About
About Nestwell
A small, family-run California company that owns and cares for its own rental homes.
Small on purpose.
Nestwell Property Management LLC owns a handful of homes in San Diego and the Ojai Valley, and looks after each one directly. There's no large management company in the middle, so residents always know who to call and repairs get the owner's attention.
We believe a good rental comes down to a few simple things: a clean, well-kept home, clear communication, fair and consistent treatment of every applicant and resident, and repairs handled promptly.
